All full-time employees are expected every other Saturday. Employees are given a day off during the week to accommodate a five day work week.

Yard Worker
This position primarily works outside in our lumber yard, helping with loading/unloading incoming and outgoing deliveries, as well as customer purchases.
Our yard workers are required to regularly lift more than 50 lbs and operate heavy equipment such as forklifts. This position works in all weather conditions.

Lumber Sales Associate
This position largely works with contractors and homeowners to pick out the proper materials for their project.
Lumber Sales Associates should possess foundational knowledge in construction and should enjoy interacting with customers. This position works in our store space, and requires being on foot for long periods of time.

Customer Service Representative
This position involves working with the general public, sales representatives and other Home Hardware employees, and is responsible for always providing positive customer experience.
This position requires professionalism and attention to detail to manage an assigned section of the store.
Customer Service Associates work in our store space and are expected to be on foot for long periods of time.
