At Watsons, we have qualified and experienced kitchen and bath designers on staff.
For each project we take on, we will pair you with a designer who suits your needs and style, and who will oversee every aspect of your project from start to finish.

We strive to make the kitchen and bath process seamless and straightforward.
The five steps we follow for a typical project:
Obtain measurements from the customer,
Discuss key details of the project: wants, needs, and budget,
View samples, displays, and floor models that align with the customer’s inspiration to allow for a tailored quote,
Provide detailed quote and design recommendation for the customer’s approval,
Respond to customer questions, make changes and place an order based on customer’s decision, and
Keep an open dialogue with the customer on estimated deliveries.

Providing the customer with ongoing input and full control over how the design meets their needs and fits the space both visually and dimensionally,
Recommending custom designs when standard items won’t fit, and
Actively listening from the initial intake through to the final steps of the design and installation.

We have everything you need to complete your project from the ground up, including:

In order to supply you with the right materials, please provide drawings to our estimating department in advance.
The lead times for each of these products is dependent on the season, in addition to the size of your project.
Building Permit Support
While we can’t fill out building permit applications, we are happy to provide the necessary reports or layouts to support you in filling out the application on your own.

Delivery Services
CONVENIENT DELIVERY
Standard Deliveries
Standard deliveries involve a straight truck that either handles material directly off the truck or using a buggy. Most items, including home furniture, can be delivered via our standard delivery service.
Boom Deliveries
Boom deliveries involve a truck equipped with a crane to safely maneuver lumber and building materials to more complicated spaces.
Examples of when we would use this service include: lifting shingles to the roof of a house or moving large quantities of drywall. We deliver drywall with a boom truck, regardless if it is going to the garage, the main floor, basement, second story, as it cuts down on the walking.
Delivery Timelines
Once you’ve purchased your products or supplies, we will schedule your delivery.
Generally, we can have your product delivered in two to three days depending on our delivery schedule. We always do our best to accommodate where we can. When in doubt, give us a call!
